Shipping Cost We offer free standard worldwide shipping on all orders. No hidden fees at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Import/export related costs are not included in our prices. Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. HLION is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@hlion.shop before your order is dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Orders confirmed as lost will be reshipped or fully refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
