SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order be processed? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
When will I receive my order? Estimated delivery times by region:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 10–20 business days
- 🇪🇺 European Union: 7–15 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada / 🇦🇺 Australia: 12–22 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 14–25 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes — HLION ships to most countries worldwide. All orders are fulfilled through our trusted global supplier network with free standard shipping on all orders.
Are there any customs or import fees? International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
PAYMENTS
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Shop Pay, and UnionPay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely via SSL.
Is my payment information safe? Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. HLION does not store any card or payment details.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free of charge. For full details, see our Refund & Return Policy.
Can I cancel my order? Yes — orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment. Contact us immediately at info@hlion.shop if you need to cancel.
What happens if my product is defective or damaged? If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hlion.shop with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
What if I received the wrong item? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
