REFUND & RETURN POLICY Last updated: April 2026
At HLION, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. RETURN PERIOD Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, no exceptions outside this window.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items opened or used after delivery
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products

Include your order number and reason for return. Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. COST OF RETURN Return shipping is free of charge. No restocking fees apply. The cost of return is covered by HLION for all eligible returns.
6. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
7. EXCHANGES We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.
8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: 📧 info@hlion.shop
Please include photos of the item and packaging to expedite the process.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment. After processing, cancellation may not be possible.
